You will also receive coaching around healthy mindset, whether that’s changing your relationship with nutrition and prioritising your health, or tackling obstacles such as food cravings, self-sabotage, blind-spots, or habits that no longer work for you. You will develop healthy habits that will last.

Whilst each session is tailored to your specific needs (you are unique after all) there are some common themes that we cover, which may include the following where appropriate:

  • How to build movement into your lifestyle in a way that feels good for you

  • Visualisation techniques to help you reach your goals more easily

  • Identify and overcome where and why you may be self-sabotaging when it comes to eating well

  • How to stop the negative self-talk and give yourself a break!

  • How to rebel in a healthy way

  • Building pleasure into your diet and life

  • How to keep going when you’ve reached your goal, so you don’t slide backwards
