ABOUT ALEXIS

Alexis is a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist and certified Health Coach.

In her 1:1 practice she works with busy midlife women who want to regain their health and vitality. She provides a high level of support & accountability to enable clients to make lasting change. By working with them to identify the root cause of their health issues, and barriers to achieving optimum health, she creates a fully personalised plan to help them reach their goals and instil healthy new habits with ease.

She has a special interest in peri-menopausal health, weight-management, digestive health, thyroid health and energy support.

In addition, she offers Wellness Solutions for businesses, which include Webinars, In-Person Workshops and Lunch & Learn sessions.

MENOPAUSE IN THE WORKPLACE

The symptoms of menopause are extensive and can include hot flushes, brain fog, memory issues, fatigue, low mood, depression, migraines, joint pains, weight gain, skin and digestive complaints.

The result is that some women may find it temporarily harder to handle stress, concentrate, and cope physically with their work. It can be a distressing and embarrassing time.

It can also lead to women leaving the workplace prematurely, resulting in a costly and unnecessary talent drain.

And it's not just women in their 50s; symptoms can start in the early 40s

This is a highly educational, practical course that includes an overview of the physical and psychological changes that can occur, and nutrition and lifestyle practices that can support menopausal health. Women leave feeling empowered and motivated to make positive changes..

Personal Health Coaching 

Every woman's experience of midlife and the peri-menopause is different and involves physical, emotional and mental shifts. Health coaching allows a high level of support and an individual approach. We tackle not only how to eat and what to do, but help each individual to overcome their challenges and barriers to achieving optimum health including self-sabotage, stress management, and setting healthy boundaries around health. They can also be supported alongside diagnosed health conditions, and each client’s unique biochemical requirements are taken into consideration.
