Hi, I’m Alexis Prior
I’m not only a certified and experienced health coach and registered nutritional therapist, but also a woman of a certain age who has been on her own health journey. In fact, the older I get, the happier, healthier and more confident I feel! And this is exactly how I’d like you to feel!
I live in the beautiful city of Bath, Somerset and have a passion for vibrant, colourful, beautiful food. In my spare time I also enjoy Crossfit (although I’m more of an enthusiast than expert!), stand-up paddle boarding and exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast.
When I’m not doing something energetic, I can be found curled up with a good book, learning the piano, or enjoying time with my family and friends. Oh, and I LOVE good coffee and chocolate!
I’m well-qualified to help you…
I graduated with distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, and trained in the functional medicine approach to health and nutrition. This involves using the latest evidence in nutritional science to help you find the root cause of your symptoms, and to put a bespoke plan in place that supports your health.
I am a registered BANT and CNHC Nutritional Therapist and being a passionate life-long learner means that I’m always updating my knowledge and skills through training courses and continuous professional development.

An in-depth look at your symptoms, how they are linked and what might be at the root of them
A full consideration of your culture, lifestyle, challenges, goals and preferences when creating your personalised action steps
Tailored recommendations that are completely personalised to you. This will include changes to nutrition and where appropriate nutritional supplements to support your health.
I carry consultations out virtually from my home in Bath, Somerset to your home wherever you’re located.
Please note - When working to support symptoms of ill-health or a diagnosed health condition (and if I think it will help you), I may suggest functional laboratory testing to investigate further - including blood, urine, stool or saliva analysis.
